How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and what time it is, so we'll give you an honest arrival time on the phone before we roll. Customers regularly tell us we beat the time we gave them.
Can you get my truck out of mud or a ditch?
Yes, that's the 'recovery' in our name. We plan the pull and winch slowly so your vehicle doesn't take more damage, then tow it if needed. One customer's truck was out of deep mud in 15 minutes.
