How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and what time it is, so we'll give you an honest arrival time on the phone before we roll. Customers regularly tell us we beat the time we gave them.
Do you work with my insurance or roadside plan?
Yes. We work with insurance companies and motor clubs. Have your policy or membership number handy when you call, and we'll let you know how it works for your plan.
Can you tow a classic or collector car without damaging it?
Yes. We've towed '57 Bel Airs, Corvettes, Chevelles, Cadillacs, and street rods. We use the right truck for the car and soft straps where it matters, and we take our time hooking up.
Can you tow my car to a shop of my choice, or long distance?
Yes. We'll take it to your mechanic, the dealership, your home, or anywhere else you choose, local or long distance. For planned long-distance tows, you can also request a quote online.
Do I have to be with my vehicle?
It's best if you are, but we can often work around it. For scheduled pickups at a home, shop, or dealership, just let us know where the keys will be and who to contact.
