Privacy policy
Short version: we only use what you send us to help with your tow.
What we collect
If you use our quote form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone, optional email, vehicle, pickup and drop-off locations, and notes. If you tap “Send location”, your phone asks permission first, and your location goes only into a text message you send us yourself. This website doesn't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to contact you about your tow or service request and to keep a record of the job. We don't sell or share your information with anyone, except where needed to complete your service (for example, with your insurance company or motor club when you ask us to) or when the law requires it.
Third parties
Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and links to our Google reviews, which are covered by Google's own privacy policy.
